For some years now, we know that the technology provided by information technology and services associated with it constitute a fundamental tool in our own lives and in our business, allowing us to optimize all kinds of resources and maximize benefits at reasonable cost. But today we also know that there are many shops and indirect costs and substantial loss of money and time (some not yet fully quantified), associated with a malfunction of computer systems (equipment / hardware, software , news, etc..) evolved as an even more outdated and generate losses that were intended to prevent or reduce this due mostly to ignorance that is in the care and attention to be given to them.
Proposed work
Regarding your computer that holds (PC's and Printers), our actions are summarized in the following stages:
- 1º Diagnosis and Initial Survey: this allows us to assess the situation and determine what actions to perform.
- 2º Setting up of teams: implementation of corrective action when necessary.
- 3º Initiation of preventive and corrective maintenance: to keep their computers in optimal conditions of operation, identify any faults that are generated with the use of equipment and the course of days, and resolving conflicts will arise.
- 4º Special Maintenance tasks (daily, monthly and quarterly).
Staff in charge: The staff in charge will have as main objective to provide top quality service, always a goal to meet all the demands and needs of our customers. We have trained manpower and appropriate to resolve any disputes submitted to it to their computers.
